By hiring the services of VIXIA JANITORIAL SERVICE, whether by telephone, messaging, email, or digital platforms, the client accepts the following terms and conditions.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

VIXIA JANITORIAL SERVICE provides comprehensive cleaning and maintenance solutions under our Sanctuary Creation framework:

  • Residential and Commercial Cleaning: Offices, retail spaces, clinics, and homes.
  • Janitorial Services: Specialized recurring maintenance.
  • Deep Cleaning: Intensive interventions.
  • Move-in / Move-out: Total preparation protocols for property transitions.
  • Short-Term Rentals: Aesthetic and hygienic preparation for platforms like Airbnb.
  • Each service is executed strictly under the scope previously agreed upon with the client.

2. SCHEDULING AND COMMUNICATION

All requests for scheduling, changes, or cancellations must be managed directly through official corporate channels (email and phone). Field operational staff are not authorized to modify appointments or service scopes independently.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Reserved time is exclusive to each client. Cancellations with short notice or the inability to access the property at the agreed time will be considered a rendered service and may incur administrative fees.

4. SERVICE HOURS

We operate within an estimated arrival window. The exact arrival time may vary slightly due to external logistical factors such as traffic, route changes, or the complexity of previous appointments.

5. PROPERTY ACCESS

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe access to the premises and provide clear instructions if they will not be present. For commercial services, access must be coordinated in advance with management or security. If the team cannot enter, the service will be charged in full.

6. SITE CONDITIONS

The client must disclose in advance if there are conditions of extreme dirt, pests, or health hazards. If actual conditions differ from what was reported, VIXIA JANITORIAL SERVICE reserves the right to adjust the price, reschedule, or modify the scope.

7. COMMERCIAL AND JANITORIAL SERVICES

For corporate clients, a work plan is defined based on frequency and specific needs. Areas must be accessible during the agreed-upon hours; the company is not responsible for areas that are unavailable to the team during the shift.

8. PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT

We use high-end professional supplies and equipment. If the client requests the use of their own products, they assume full responsibility for the results and potential effects on surfaces.

9. SPECIALIZED SERVICES

Situations such as mold remediation, pest management, extreme accumulation (hoarding), or unsanitary conditions require prior evaluation and a separate quote from standard services. These services are subject to technical approval and specialized equipment availability.

10. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

To protect the integrity of our team, we do not perform:

  • Biohazard cleaning without an exhaustive specialized evaluation.
  • Structural repairs or interventions.
  • Moving heavy objects exceeding 25 lbs without prior authorization.
  • Cleaning in hard-to-reach areas that represent a safety risk.

11. EXPECTATION OF RESULTS

Final quality depends directly on the initial state of the space. We cannot guarantee the removal of permanent stains or the restoration of surfaces showing prior wear or deterioration.

12. CLUTTER CONTROL

The area should be reasonably organized. Excessive personal items may affect the quality of deep cleaning and may require additional time or charges.

13. SAFETY PROTOCOL

Cleaning staff have the authority to leave the premises if unsafe conditions, health risks, or aggressive behavior from occupants are detected.

14. DAMAGES AND LIABILITY

Any incident must be formally reported via email within a maximum of 24 hours. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, natural wear and tear of materials, or fragile items that were not properly protected.

15. SAFEGUARDING VALUABLES

We request that clients secure jewelry, cash, and delicate items. VIXIA JANITORIAL SERVICE is not responsible for loose or unprotected items during the cleaning process.

16. PHOTOGRAPHIC DOCUMENTATION

As part of our quality control, we may document work with “before and after” photos. Client privacy is our priority, and these images are handled with strict confidentiality.

17. NON-SOLICITATION CLAUSE

The client agrees not to directly or privately hire any member of the VIXIA JANITORIAL SERVICE team. Breach of this clause will result in administrative charges for recruitment compensation.

18. PRICING AND PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Prices are determined by size, condition, type of service, and frequency.

  • Accepted methods: Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and Credit Cards (subject to a 3.5% processing fee).
  • Failure to pay or outstanding balances will result in the immediate suspension of scheduled services.

We specialize in environments for individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other conditions. We adapt our protocols through:

  • Use of odorless products and noise reduction.
  • Strict respect for routines and area-specific work.
  • All information shared regarding family dynamics is handled with absolute discretion.

20. AVAILABILITY

Our services are subject to schedule availability, geographic location, and operational demand.

21. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

VIXIA JANITORIAL SERVICE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any service if the environment is unfit, incorrect information was provided during booking, or conditions do not guarantee the safety of our staff.

22. TOTAL ACCEPTANCE

Hiring our services confirms that the client has read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
